These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the KoREXiNNVEST website and services. By registering, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

KoREXiNNVEST is a digital marketing and investment platform that offers users the opportunity to earn passive income through investment plans and referral commissions. These Terms govern all interactions with KoREXiNNVEST.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old with a National Identification card to register and use the platform. KOREXINNVEST is opened for individuals worldwide requiring Mobile Money or USDT accounts to get started.
By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
3. Account Registration
To create an account, users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
A non-refundable fixed deposit of GH₵100.00 is required to activate an account.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
Account that stays inactive 7 days after successful registration would be banned or terminated.
4. Investment Plans
KoREXiNNVEST offers investment plans with interest rates ranging from 10% to 40%, available for both short-term and long-term durations.
Returns on investments (ROIs) depend on market performance and predetermined timelines.
Users must carefully review and understand investment plan terms before committing funds.
5. Promotional (PROMO) Plans
In order to incentivise our users, KoREXiNNVEST offers a promotional (PROMO) plans for its users periodically within a limited time and limited amount. All users encouraged to make good use of this opportunity. In each PROMO plan, users can only invest once but have the right to invest in all the PROMO plans. Multiple investment in a single promo plan will result in loss of funds. Choose a plan that is best for you.
6. Referral Program
Users can earn up to 30% in referral commissions, structured into two levels: first-tier(25%) and second-tier(5%) referrals.
Referral commissions are only applicable if the referred user activates their account(KYC) with a GH₵100.00 deposit.
Fraudulent activities, such as multiple account creation to exploit the referral system, will result in account suspension or termination.
7. Payments and Withdrawals
All payments must be made through the authorized channels provided on the platform.
Withdrawals are processed according to the timelines stated on the website.
KoREXiNNVEST is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
8. Withdrawal Terms
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Withdrawals are not permitted after 6:00 PM or during weekends.
All withdrawals will be received within 5 to 30minutes, and 6hours in extreme cases with 2% processing fee.
Exception: Urgent withdrawals outside working hours and on weekends are subject to a 5% processing fee.

If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms, you will lose any remaining funds in your account. This includes account balances, pending earnings, and referral commissions. The platform reserves the right to withhold such funds as a penalty for violating the agreement.
